I'm trying to install a prog. & this message appears "String PRODUCT_NAME was not foun

The program that i'm trying to install is The Printshop Deluxe 22. The following errors appears and it doesn't let me to install it:

String PRODUCT_NAME was not found in string table

String ID_REGKEY_CONFIG was not found in string table

String ID_MSG_CONFIGERROR2 was not found in string table

And Finally:

Error opening HKLM with ALLACCESS- setting up the registry.

And then, the program rolls back the installation.

I already turned off the items in the startup tab and restart, and I also tried to reinstalled the Microsoft .net Framework 1.1

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

This sounds like a corrupted or incomplete install file set. Maybe a failed download?
