If you have not installed the .net 2.0 framework, your program will not work. I'd start from there, and if you do have it installed, post another question or edit this one.

You probably don't have version 2.0 of the .Net Framework installed. The .Net Framework is free from Microsoft. You should be able install it by running Windows Update (http://www.update.microsoft.com -- you might need to use Internet Explorer for this).

If you haven't used Windows Update before (you should use it regularly to at least get critical updates from MS) it will check what Microsoft software and Windows version you are using and check for security and other updates that are available. It takes a minute or two but when it finishes you can select which issues to install. On the left you can select issue types to view (High Priority, Software, and Hardware). You can then tick which if any issues you want to install. High Priority issues are usually fixes for security vulnerabilities and are selected by default. The .Net Framework is under Software and is optional. From the looks of your message you need version 2.0 so make sure that is the one you get.

Hope this helps!
