i have problem with installing microsoft CRM , i have windows vista and i can`t install microsoft CRM , each time i try to install it i have problem with installing requrments ( Microsoft .NET framework service pack 1 and MSXML 4.0 hostfix ) so what should i do ??

Better try and use the Microsoft Update menu, this way you'll get the latest updates for the windows components installed (including the service pack for .net) and you'll be able to install Dynamics CRM.
