Can i delete these files on my computer ??

my pc has been going really slow! so i have delete files and cookies and all that,but its still going slow so i thought i would go to add/remove programmes and i have found these files! i dont no anything bout computers so if you could tell me if i can delete them or not? thanx

microsoft compression client pack 1.0 for windows xp ?

microsoft user-mode driver framework feature pack 1.0?

and also do i need 2 of these ?

windows media format 11 runtime ?

windows media player 11?

and why wont it let me delete adobe flash player 9 activex? it dont work because i get that thing that comes down and says you need to download a flash player 9 activex !?

I would leave the Microsoft updates alone. As for Flash Player, follow these steps.

Assuming you are in the administrator account, first check Add/Remove Programs to see if you have Adobe or Macromedia Flash installed. If yes uninstall them using the new Uninstaller provided by Adobe and reboot (some computers require a reboot to completely uninstall programs)

DONT delete the .net framework as you will need this 2 install other programs, as they are written for this.

DONT delete the compression pack as you may need it for the windows updates

DONT delete the user mode driver framework as you will need this to install drivers

if ur running windows vista DONT delete win media player 11 as this is vistas default 1, but if ur running xp you can delete it and win media 10 will be the program
