Can you please describe more? Post details and I'll answer with more detail.

Sometimes you just can't get a program to leave. In that case, just go to Start%26gt;Run and type in the box "C:\Program Files" (without quotes) and hit ENTER. Find the folder called WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007 and right-click it, then choose DELETE. Press the YES button in the window that appears. Then re-start your computer, go to www.ccleaner.com, and download CCleaner (AKA Crap Cleaner). Install it (don't worry, if you don't want this, you can get rid of it pronto) and run it. It will clean out the bad registry entry made by WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007.

ABOUT THE UPDATES

Some updates just don't go away. I don't know because I don't have them.

Do not uninstall any of the mentioned programs with the exception of WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007, which is a malware itself. The rest is used by Windows and acquired via Windows Update.
All that stuff, besides the winantispyware thing, is absolutely essential to running your PC. Do not touch any of it lol.

As far as WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007 go to your start menu, and do a search for it. Then just delete the folders that match it.

All that other stuff though, if you touch it, you risk killing your PC.
all of those programs in the list are part of windows updates, i would not delete them. as for winantispyware, try removing it in safe mode.
No,

None of them should be removed the .net framework is important for you to access web sites that were done in .net.

Try to do this instead.

Goto Start %26gt; Run %26gt;

type in %Temp% in the run box and hit enter. this should bring you to temporary files. all the files in there are safe to delete. if it says that the file is being used you might need to reboot your pc to delete those file or you can go ahead and skip that file.

hope this helps
All of the above, besides "WinAntiSpyware Pro 2007", are updates to your computer from Windows/Microsoft Update and are important. They are optional, but recommended to have.
