Microsoft Certification for .Net.?

M working as .Net developer from more than 2 years..now i want to go for MS certification in .Net...Should i go for MCSD or MCTS or MCPD...I am working on .Net framework 2.0.

M Gud in Web applications and can also work on windows.

Please suggest me the certification in big demand in UK,Europe,US Regions.
