I'm trying to install Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB886903) to my computer and it won't update it. It says it didn't successfuly install and then it says the same thing a million times. I tried re-downloading it but it doesn't work. Anything I can do? Thanks.

You might want to try uninstalling the .Net Framework as well. Since it's a free download I'd try that. Also, maybe you have installed .Net 2.0 and the 1.1 update might be conflicting with that. I'd turn off IIS first then try the update, if that doens't work, like i said, uninstall .Net all together and reinstall it.
