and i have - 1.1 net framework

1,1 net framework hotfix

2.0 net framework

3.0 net framework

do i need all these? if i dont which one do i keep?

You MUST keep them all. They are used by various programs in order to run, and they are all included in Windows Update, even today (as testament to the fact that they are each needed).
