Visual Studio 6.0 includes VC++, VB and so on without including .Net Framework like the same thing happens in the case of Visual Studio 2005. Is there any separate version in Visual Studio 2005 without including .Net Framework?

You cannot get Visual Studio 2005 or 2003 without the Net Framework.
And Visual C++ is the only language included that you can write software that doesn't require the Net Framework.

To my knowledge, you cannot install it without installing the .NET 2.0 interface.
Even if you program C++ in VS.NET, you cannot run it without .NET if you include managed coding techniques.
