The .NET Framework is an infrastructure for programmers. The framework can be downloaded from Mircosoft.
When I write software it has been using v1. I am moving to version 2, and my website points my users to these three links.

You need Pentium CPU or more recent one to download .Net Framework 1.1 (CLR 1) for photo editing.
