if you can get to home page type it in or over anything in address bar or tap f12 at boot and see if that helps, if you can get it on line use trendmicro.com to scan it it's free and often corrects as well as kills any virus or malware! good luck!! i would have to see it to help you farther!! i repair electronics,but I'm not a programmer!! good luck again!!

in version 2.0 of asp.net you dont have to createa dll file by compiling ur project, normally when u have a web site structure should be as follow:

web.config, global.asax files, pages u need of course they will be compilied in probably visual studio...
