You only want one, you should uninstall 1.0 and 2.0 or anything other than what you just installed as the latest version includes earlier versions.

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1 provides cumulative roll-up updates for customer reported issues found after the release of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0.

In addition, this release provides security improvements, and prerequisite feature support for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.

Wondering about Microsoft.NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1?microsoft office 2007 internet explorerThe answer by mza is grossly inaccurate. You need 1.0 and 2.0 installed for applications that require those versions. 3.0 does not include any compatibility for 1.0, 1.1, or 2.0 applications. See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.... Report It

You don't need to do anything now, you are already got updated. If any program in ur system will be needing frame work they will be using 3.0 now.
